As indicações ao Grammy 2017, premiação com data marcada para o dia 12 de fevereiro, saíram nesta terça (6), e, como se esperava, Beyoncé é a artista com mais indicações! Ela concorre em nove categorias!

Atrás dela estão Drake, Rihanna e Kanye West, empatados cada um com oito indicações. Beyoncé e seu “Lemonade” disputam, entre outras, as principais categorias: gravação do ano, música do ano (“Formation”) e álbum do ano. Adele tem 5 indicações no total e também disputa, com o CD “25”, as categorias de gravação do ano, álbum do ano e música do ano (“Hello”).
A 59ª cerimônia do Grammy será apresentada por James Corden e vai premiar artistas, músicas e álbuns lançados entre o fim de 2015 e até boa parte do segundo semestre de 2016 (mais especificamente, 1º de outubro de 2015 até 30 de setembro de 2016). Adele, por exemplo, não conseguiu concorrer com o álbum “25” na edição 2016 da premiação, mas o CD foi elegível para a cerimônia de 2017!
Para quem está perguntando “Mas e Lady Gaga? E The Weeknd?”, seus respectivos CDs foram lançados depois do período permitido, então eles só poderão concorrer na edição de 2018.
Justin Bieber, Drake e Rihanna também se destacam entre os indicados. Bieber, por exemplo, concorre em álbum do ano por “Purpose” e música do ano com “Love Yourself”; na categoria de melhor artista revelação.
