45 thousand participate in the SJ gay parade in Rio Preto

Last Sunday, the 30th, the city of São José do Rio Petro, in the interior of São Paulo, celebrated its seventh gay parade and brought 45 thousand people to the streets of the city, from various regions of the State and Brazil.

With four electric trios, protesters walk along Alberto Andaló Avenue in favor of sexual diversity and homosexual rights. The event started at 15pm, in front of Rio Pretense city hall, with a presentation by Paulette Pink. Many young people also took part in the event, despite the ban on the Children and Youth Court of the city for minors to participate in the march.
