A recent study released by the renowned British gay magazine Attitude exemplified what we have known for a long time: 71% of gay men say they don't like effeminate men.
Furthermore, 41% said that "effeminate people harm the image or reputation of gays." Among those who identify themselves as "not effeminate" revealed that they have never suffered homophobia, while those who consider themselves effeminate, only 26% are unaware of prejudice motivated by their femininity.
5 thousand men were interviewed.
