CAPA invites readers to send a message to Dilma Rousseff; participate

Dilma Rousseff was re-elected president of Brazil this week and we at THE CAPE We want to know what you (LGBT person or supporter) expect, will demand and monitor in this new mandate.

+ How does Dilma's re-election contribute to the rights of the LGBT population?

After all, the president already had a yo-yo stance in relation to LGBT rights and, after four years without pronouncing on the criminalization of homophobia, she started to defend it this year, even though some were forgotten.

In her first post-victory speech, for example, Dilma forgot to mention LGBT people when she spoke about discriminated groups. And she only returned to her position on criminalization when she was questioned in a recent interview with SBT.

To participate in the virtual demonstration – not letting the agenda fall into oblivion and moving public policies aimed at diversity – the reader must record a video of up to 30 seconds, horizontally, with good audio and lighting, saying what you expect from Dilma's second term and also sending your private message.

The video must be sent to essay@acapa. Com.br with the title in capital letters: LGBT SPEAKS. The best videos will be gathered and edited into one by the website team. It will be published on the A CAPA website, on social media and will make a splash. We count on your awareness and participation!
