This year the third edition of Mister Brasil Diversidade will be held. The contest will have its grand national final on September 10th, in São Paulo. Men from all Brazilian states, aged between 18 and 35, can participate. Candidates will compete for a prize worth R$5, travel and the right to photograph for an editorial in the magazine The Cape.
"Mister Brasil Diversidade aims to contribute to the positive construction of the image of homosexuals in the media. In a playful way, the competition debates the issue of sexual orientation and provokes reflection in Brazilian homes in relation to homosexuality", says Augusto Rossi , event producer.
Mister Brasil Diversidade was created to give visibility to a group of gays who, through the contest, contribute to the fight against homophobia. The event aims to identify a photogenic candidate who has enough personality to represent the class. Before the grand final, candidates will undergo interviews, photo shoots and group activities, where they will be analyzed.

Candidates' profile
The competition seeks proactive people who are interested in new experiences. Check the basic requirements:
1. Being male and openly gay;
2. Be between 18 and 35 years old;
3. Be a natural-born or naturalized Brazilian citizen for a period of at least 12 months prior to the competition;
4. Never have been photographed or filmed completely naked, exposing their sexual organ;
5. Never having been photographed or filmed in explicit sexual scenes;
7. Not have sex-related professions;
8. Have no criminal record;
9. Be up to date with the registration fee.
