Abrat GLS promotes lecture on training to serve the LGBT public

During the 6th edition of the Tourism Exhibition – Routes of Brazil, which runs from the 13th to the 17th of July, in São Paulo, Abrat GLS (Associação Brasileira de Turismo GLS) will hold a lecture and workshop.

On the first day of the event, from 19pm to 21pm, the association promotes the lecture "Training to serve the LGBT public". The following day, from 14:30 pm to 16:30 pm, it will be time for the workshop to train and improve service to the LGBT public.

Both the lecture and the workshop will be given by the marketing director of Abrat GLS, Heitor Ferreira Filho, who is a consultant and partner at Gay Travel Brasil, the main GLS tour operator in South America.
