The internet is full of absurd scenes, such as that of the father of a young man who hired a YouTube channel specializing in catching cheating to find out whether or not his own son is gay. To do this, they placed a woman with a hidden camera to flirt with the boy. The father believed his son was homosexual. The woman, who goes by the name Verônica, met the young man on the street, approaching him and inviting him to go to a more private place. If he refused, his father's suspicions would be “true”. “Well, you know, I'm single and… who knows?”… said the girl. “Actually, I’m a little confused right now,” said the boy. “you like girls, don’t you”, he asks. “Ah, yes,” he replied. Veronica then invites the young man to go to her house, when he accepts, she immediately quibbles, makes up an excuse and leaves the young man alone. Surprised by his son's reaction, the father says that he thought “I would lose my son” if he revealed himself as homosexual. The repercussion on social media, however, was not so receptive to the father's attitude who, in addition to exposing his son to ridicule, was considered homophobic by internet users.
