Canadian singer Alanis Morissette said in an interview with the website “Hollywood.com” that she did not like kissing actress Sarah Jessica Parker, from the series “Sex and the City”, in a scene that aired in 1999.
Morissette, 34, explained that the experience was not the most pleasant because it did not involve passion. In the series, the singer played a lesbian who had to give Carrie Bradshaw, Parker's character, a quick peck.
“I kissed Sarah Jessica Parker. I played a lesbian on 'Sex and the City' and I had to kiss her. I've had same-sex experiences in my life, but it wasn't about having pleasure with Sarah Jessica. Her character was reluctant about getting involved, it wasn't a passionate kiss – she was reticent, that's why I didn't like it,” explained Morissette.
