The singer Alanis Morissette is in AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) in the music video for “Reasons I Drink” (“reasons why I drink”, in free translation into Portuguese), released this Thursday (27).
In the video, the Canadian plays different versions of herself, giving some insights into the reasons that lead her to drink. Postpartum depression, fame, and various other forms of pressure appear at the AA meeting.
“Reasons I Drink” will be on Morissette’s new album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, which hits stores on May 1st.
This year, the singer will go on tour to celebrate 25 years of her classic album, Jagged little pill, with Garbage and Liz Phair opening the shows.
