Beautiful, strong and full of energy. At 21 years old, William Vieira is the Physical Education student who stands out for his good shape and pro-health life in Criciúma, Santa Catarina.
In conversation with THE CAPE, cat said that he has always liked sports and that two years ago he started dedicating at least 1 hour a day to bodybuilding, functional training, cross fit and even pole dancing. And, of course, pay attention to a balanced diet.
In the images he posts on Facebook, it is possible to see William's strength in bars, 60 kg tires and equipment. With a lot of energy and balance, he can support his body with just his feet and surprise his admirers, who spare no praise.
“The compliments are super positive, but I don’t think that’s all. I'm short, I'm more photogenic and I have dark circles under my eyes in real life”, says the modest 1,70m and 68kg student. In addition to his beautiful face and smile, he has a body shaped by exercise and… Beautiful thighs!
“People compliment my thighs a lot. They demonstrate synonymous with strength. I also like my chest, but I think that when your whole body is proportionate you look incredible everywhere”, she emphasizes.
Single, William says he usually encourages his loved one to indulge in fitness. “You don’t have to be like me, but taking care of yourself is always good”, he says, who is extremely polite and friendly. “I believe my aesthetic attracts many people, but my interior is better. It’s the things I add to people’s lives that make them stay close to me.”
