Four years ago, the handsome gaucho Diego Sami, 30, underwent a real transformation and surprised her friends and admirers.
He weighed 105 kg (at 1,76m), faced several health problems and, with a lot of exercise, dedication and monitoring by a nutritionist, he managed to solve the problems and even reach the rank of "magic".

"At that time, I realized that my weight was affecting my health and that I had to do something for myself. I lost 32 kg", says he, who goes to the gym daily and runs three times a week.
"I even participate in some rustic 5km and 10km races", he says.
Regarding food, the brunette says he continues on the diet, as he is predisposed to gaining weight. "I live on a diet, but I eat everything in small quantities and at the right times. I also use supplements and vitamins to complement my nutrition. Once a week I allow myself a trash day."

Today, Diego works as a hairdresser and is the target of many compliments in his salon, in clubs and on the internet…
"They usually compliment my smile and calves. I like my chest and hands. I'm happy, because I know I have to improve, but with the compliments I have the strength to continue my goal."
The cat, who says he is super romantic, reveals that in his spare time he usually meets friends and dates. "The tourist attraction that I most admire in Rio Grande do Sul is Parque Farroupilha, a beautiful place in all seasons of the year."
