The Israeli Health Minister, Yakoov Litzman, was diagnosed with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) after, ironically, stating that the disease is a “punishment” for homosexuals.

The leader of the ultra-Orthodox “United Torah Judaism” party released the results of the test this Tuesday (7).

Litzman is known for being publicly homophobic – in the past, he has spoken out against equal marriage and same-sex couples being able to adopt children.
