The soccer player Neymar and his “partners” can be arrested for having done homophobic insults and death threats and torture against the model and also a football player Tiago ramos, ex-boyfriend of the Paris Saint-Germain striker's mother, Nadine Gonçalves.
This week, according to Alessandro Lo Bianco, columnist for the TV program The Afternoon Is Yours (RedeTV!), a complaint was made against Neymar and his friends from the São Paulo Public Ministry.
The complaint is filed by activist Agripino Magalhães, with advice from lawyer Angelo Carbone, and calls for the breach of confidentiality of everyone involved in the episode recorded in audio files.
"Since Neymar is an opinion leader and he is asking his group to commit crimes, it would be a case of prevention”, says the document.
According to columnist Fábia Dias, from the newspaper O Dia, the compensation requested is two million reais – and the entire amount will be donated to NGOs that work for the rights of the LGBT population.
