After being vetoed on Globo, gay kiss in “The Simpsons” is shown on Fox

Even in drawing. According to the column "Zapping", in the newspaper Agora São Paulo, Globo censored the showing of a gay kiss between the characters Homer and Moe, from the "Simpsons", in the episode "Todo o Mundo Morre um Dia".

In addition to the kiss, which lasted just over a minute, scenes of alcoholism and prank calls were also cut. As justification, the broadcaster declared that the cartoon has free classification and airs during children's time, therefore, such scenes should not be aired.

Globo shows "The Simpsons" every morning during TV Globinho's programming.

Fox displays gay kiss
While Rede Globo is forced to adapt the cartoon due to the time it is shown, the pay channel Fox does not face this type of problem, as the cartoon airs in its nighttime program slot.

Last Saturday (23), Fox aired the 15th episode of the 21st season of "The Simpsons". In the episode in question, Bart is encouraged by his grandfather to kiss a girl he is in love with. When she does this, the student's parents are outraged and decide to sue the school.

To try to reverse the process, the school director puts on a play where he plays Bart, and the cleaner plays the girl. In order to teach the students what they can't do, the two start kissing and don't stop. According to the drawing, they spent more than six hours kissing.

In the final part of the episode, the two kiss again, but now in men's clothes and in the school hallway.
