Lance Lundsten, 18, a homosexual student at the Jefferson Institute in Minnesota (USA), killed himself last Saturday (15). Friends believe the suicide was motivated by bullying. The police are investigating the case.
The local press has reported that the police are only working on the hypothesis of suicide. Called to the victim's house by his own family, the police found the young man already passed out. He was taken alive to Douglas Country Hospital, where he died.
Em your Facebook profile, Lance made it clear that he was homosexual. Friends of the young man reported that, on the eve of his suicide, he had been bullied because of his sexual orientation and that this may have contributed to him ending his own life.
Lance Lundsten was buried last Monday (17).
