Rômulo Arantes was one of the first artists to have a nude leaked on the web. In 2011, the actor saw an intimate video, in which he appears masturbating, go viral on social media. Since then, Rômulo has been fighting a legal battle against Google, because the company decided to keep the video up, instead of deleting it, as the artist had requested. After losing in the first instance, when he asked for R$250 in compensation, the actor appealed and won the case, according to information from the newspaper O Globo. According to the news, judge Ferdinaldo Nascimento, from the 19th Civil Chamber of Rio de Janeiro, gave a favorable opinion to Rômulo Arantes, and ordered the multibillion-dollar organization to pay R$10 to the artist.
