In the program, recorded in April, Paulo explains how to proceed with the registration of stable unions between people of the same sex, which were already carried out in the capital of São Paulo even before the Federal Supreme Court (STF) judgment on May 5th. It is important to remember that, after the STF's decision, all Brazilian registry offices are advised to formalize homosexual stable unions.
The notary also clarifies the differences between "marriage" and "civil union", detailing what is included in the so-called "deed of same-sex coexistence".
