The issue arose because initially, in 2010, the actor could choose to have sex with women or solo. But, little by little, boys were included in the scenes.
With more than 100 scenes, Cody even had bisexual, gay sex, but when he refused to film with other men he was fired. On his return, he even did some oral sex scenes with boys, but he wasn't convincing.
The new dismissal was not agreed upon and Cody vented his feelings online. "When I was offered the job I said, 'I'd even let a man touch me, but if there's a hot girl with it. The owner went crazy with joy and even offered me a contract that year. But now I'm being seen as a homophobe when I say that."

He also claimed that the studio hacked and closed his Twitter account: "I take this as a desperate attempt to silence me."
Even without any explanation, Next and other producers have a habit of bringing several actors who define themselves as straight to casting for gay films.
