"I'm not gay and I would have no problem saying if it were, I have one person and she is a woman, but I didn't say her name because she is a private person", he explained in an interview with UOL.
A professional model, the former participant said that he always suffered prejudice for being in the fashion world.
"All the time people were suspicious of my sexuality in the house and that's always happened, I don't care. I work in fashion and that's it all the time. A man can't say 'no' to a woman who is already labeled as gay. I expected there to be this rumor, mainly because I didn't mention the girl's name."
Renan said he felt like he was going to be on the wall tonight because of the great support of Ana Paula, his rival within the program.
"I imagine the campaign she ran for me to leave, but it had to be. Inside I acted completely with my heart. I do it here outside and I wouldn't change inside no matter how much it was a game and worth a prize. They are real people, real lives ".
