Bjork is awesome!

"The TIM festival was amazing." That was the best definition I heard about the festival. I got the São Paulo edition. I even thought about not going. Momentary nonsense. Then, when I was there I saw that there was no way I couldn't stay until 5am when I decided to leave just before The Killer finished his show.

The first show I caught was Hot Cheap. A perfect start. And what do you know, not even the sound problem that lasted ten minutes got in the way. The end with "Over and Over" was lively. Dancing. He remembered good times.

Then came Bjork. Beautiful! All oriental. Fans or not, everyone agrees on something: Bjork is emotional, dramatic, sad, beautiful, romantic. Everything incredibly perfect. I was happy, I cried. I remembered old moments, I thought about important people, eternal friends. Bjork moves us like few others. Sing not for the ears, but for the heart.

The Arctic Monkeys was ok. It didn't thrill me as radically as other attractions. It wasn't even remotely what I thought it would be. Something was missing. Maybe, excitement from the class. Then, I decided to skip Juliette's show. I watched it without watching it. He knows? Busy with other things…

Lastly came The Killers. And it justified the name of the band. Full of hists like "Somebody told me" and "Mr. Brightside", the band set out to break Anhembi. Everyone sang together. Like a choir really. It kind of reminds me of once in a lifetime. I went to bed, happy, even though it was after 6am on Monday….
