Another sad case of homophobia! This time, the victim was the young man Jordan Schaeffer, 25 years old, who was brutally beaten after giving her boyfriend, Eric Danko, 25, a peck.

The case took place inside a snack bar in “Burger King", in Miami.
“It was just a simple kiss with my boyfriend. And then, right after that kiss, I was approached by a man. He then started using pejorative terms”, says the victim in an interview with “CBSMiami”. According to him, a second person held his boyfriend at the time of the attack, preventing him from intervening in the attack. A security camera filmed the moment of all the confusion.
“It all happened so fast! Soon after, he threw me to the ground and I just saw a kind of blur”, he continues. Jordan says he is very shaken by the attack. “Talking about it makes me uncomfortable. It’s 2016 and we’re in a city like Miami Beach where I thought being gay would be very accepted,” he adds. So far, “Burger King” has not commented on the case. The attackers remain at large.
