Gay couple pays tribute to Marta Suplicy on the Hebe program

The couple Luiz André de Rezende Moresi and José Sérgio Santos de Sousa were interviewed by Hebe on her Rede TV program! on the night of last Tuesday (5). The duo was the first gay couple to marry in Brazil.

Luiz and José presented their birth certificate and paid tribute to senator Marta Suplicy (PT-SP), who was present at the attraction. "Marta was the great fighter", they said, referring to the rights gained by gays with the legalization of stable unions.

The program showed strong testimonies from the couple's mothers, who initially reacted badly about their children's sexuality and now accept the family as it is. In the attraction, Marta once again defended the criminalization of homophobia. In the engaged chat, in addition to the senator and Hebe, journalists José Simão and Barbara Gancia and presenter Sabrina Sato were present.
