Cauã Reymond will play homosexual in the cinema

Yesterday (16/09), during the award ceremony for a contest promoted by Bombril, in São Paulo, actor Cauã Reymond spoke about his new projects. Among them, playing a homosexual character in the cinema is in the plans.

The film, which has not yet been named, will be directed by Toni Ventura with filming scheduled to begin in October. "I'm going to make two feature films this year, both of which have yet to be named. In the first film, directed by Toni Ventura, which I'll start filming in October, I'll play a homosexual. It's a new challenge," he said.

Regarding his good time in cinema, in which he won an award for his performance in the film "Se Nada Mais Der Certo", Cauã revealed that he does not consider himself a heartthrob, and that he prefers not to restrict himself to just one vehicle.

"I'm not a heartthrob, I'm an actor. I'm worried about not doing just one vehicle. I want to do television, theater, cinema, so I don't get stuck in one place. My roles in the cinema help to change my image of heartthrob," he said.

And speaking of TV, Cauã is already cast in the next 20pm soap opera. "Passione", by Silvio de Abreu, the replacement for "Viver a Vida", by Manoel Carlos, which premiered this week.
