Cine Birita arrives in Rio with an LGBT short film

Short film Match

After four editions in São Paulo, the Cinema Birita will hold its first edition in Rio de Janeiro next Friday, November 2nd. The exhibition, which screens short films in several bars, will take place at the pizzeria La Carmelita (R. do Rezende, 14, Lapa) and features the award-winning short film Moon, by director Rosa Miranda. Dir. Rosa Miranda – Dreamlike documentary about Lua Guerreiro's childhood experiences and the moment of her gender transition, trans, non-binary who expresses herself through what is considered feminine.

Dir. Ygor Pinheiro and Natália Freitas – In a dystopian future, the favelas in the city of Rio de Janeiro are separated from the rest of the city by walls.
