The actor Fabio Assunção He was always beautiful – but today he is even more so, at 48 years old, apparently living one of his best phases, sober and healthy.
In an interview with Meeting with Fátima Bernardes (Globo) this Friday (5) he said he lost 27 kg in recent months for a new role in the series End, from the same broadcaster.
“I play Ciro. As there are 4 phases, get him younger until he dies. In this first phase it was important for him to be in better shape. I was 97 kg,” he said.
He said he manages to maintain his physique mainly through diet – and that he only trains once or twice a week. “The lighter diet reduced anxiety, reduced my anxieties”, he reported.
“This math of food with weight and body changed me too. When you are lighter, eat better, eat healthier things, your head gets better, your spirit gets better.”
Despite the result, Assunção says he is not one of the people who likes to work out.
