The Federal Supreme Court (STF) began judging today (13) the criminalization of homophobia and transphobia. The actions ended up at the STF as they allege delays and failure by the National Congress to legislate on the issue.
The PPS and AGBLT call for the criminalization of all forms of offense, individual and collective, homicides, assaults and discrimination motivated by the sexual orientation and/or gender identity, real or supposed, of the victim.
The trial began at 14pm and has the possibility of lasting more than a day.
