Our hostess @Melina_Bley teaches you how to make a protective mask with homemade fabric! Protect yourself, so that soon we can be together again! ???️‍? #fiqueemcasa #stayhome #yomequedoencasa See the Ministry of Health's guidelines for producing homemade protective masks: • Firstly, it must be said that the mask is individual. It cannot be shared with anyone, not with mother, child, brother, husband, wife, etc. So if your family is big, know that everyone has to have their own mask, or masks; • The mask should be worn for approximately two hours. After this time, it needs to be changed. So, ideally, each person should have at least two cloth masks; • But be careful: the mask serves as a physical barrier to the virus. Therefore, it must have at least two layers of cloth, that is, double-sided; • It is also important to have elastic bands or straps to tie above the ears and below the back of the neck. This way, the cloth will always protect your mouth and nose and there will be no gaps left on your face; • Wear a mask whenever you need to leave the house. Always leave with at least one spare and take a bag to store your dirty mask when you need to change it; • When you get home, wash used masks with bleach. Leave to soak for about ten minutes; • To fulfill this mission of protecting against the coronavirus, any piece of fabric will do, it's worth taking apart that old shirt, old pants, underwear, curtain, whatever.
