Even a coronavirus pandemic cannot stop love.

In New York City, couple Reilly Jennings and Amanda Wheeler got married last Friday (20) even in the midst of social isolation practiced on a global scale to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

They stood on the sidewalk of the building where their friend, Matt Wilson, who is licensed to formalize unions, lives, and he sealed their marriage from the apartment window.

Neighbors and some friends of the couple watched the beautiful moment. Wilson announced the wedding and even read an excerpt from the novel Love in the Time of Cholera, by Gabriel García Márquez, and the neighbors roared happily when the two said “yes”.

Watch below the joyful and unusual, but no less romantic, wedding of Reilly and Amanda.
