The bones found in the house of painter Jorge Luiz Morais de Oliveira, aged 41, in Jabaquara, São Paulo, were said to be those of a 21-year-old gay man and a 33-year-old lesbian woman. They were found after the painter handed himself in and be arrested in the 77th Police District.

The victims would be Carlos Neto Alves Júnior and Renata Christiana Pedrosa Moreira. Another body was also found at the scene and several bones, but they have not yet been identified.
According to police, Jorge confessed to having killed Carlos Júnior, who was homosexual and hearing impaired, on Wednesday (23). The confession was made after a phone call from the accused's mother, who advised him to surrender. He previously served time for two other homicides.
In testimony, the suspect stated that Júnior entered with a knife in his hand in the company of another boy and that, after an argument, he managed to take the knife from the victim's hand and began to hit him. He claims to have been nervous about the situation and decided to bury the body in a room in the house. Regarding the other bones, he claimed to have picked them up in a cemetery.

The delegate Édilzo Correira de Lima also works with the hypothesis that Renata, who has been missing for months, who was also a lesbian and frequented the region, was one of the painter's victims. He considers that the crime may not have an LGBTphobic nature, since the two victims were also drug users.
Before being arrested, the painter was taken to Hospital São Paulo, as he had injuries to his right arm and leg. The investigation was carried out and all the material found in the property – blood-stained clothes, a knife, brass knuckles and a cell phone, recognized by a 33-year-old manicurist as belonging to her missing sister – were seized.
The case was registered in the 16th Police District, in Vila Clementino.
