Actress Cynthia Nixon, lawyer Miranda Hobbs from the series “Sex and the City”, plans to marry her girlfriend, activist Christine Marinoni.
As a source told the newspaper National Enquirer, “Cynthia and Chris want a peaceful ceremony in Vermont under red leaves. It is expected to be a low-key gathering for close friends and family only.”
Nixon met Marinoni in 2004, just seven months after the actress ended a 15-year marriage to ex-husband Danny Mozes, the father of her two children.
Last week, Nixon revealed, in an interview with a TV program, that she overcame breast cancer, but that she did not want to comment on the matter at the time because she was afraid.
