Once again, Minister Damares Alves appears in a controversy that left the LGBT community outraged. Videos recorded during a type of seminar linked to evangelical churches, which served as “sexual restoration” clinics, show the minister speaking prejudicedly.
The images released by Forum Magazine, show the minister who is responsible for all social policies aimed at minorities, classifying homosexuality as an “aberration” and “disease”. She also compared sex between homosexual people with sex between people and animals. After realizing that she said something very serious, the minister asks whoever is filming to edit the video to avoid problems.
