Representative David Miranda became emotional during a public statement in the Senate, while defending his husband and journalist, Gleen Greenwald, who has been receiving death threats for leaking conversations from Minister Sérgio Moro.
“He inspires me every day. He was the one who believed I could be a certain type of person. He was the one who supported me so I could study, he was the one who believed me when I said I wanted to be in the military. And to this man I say: I love you!”, said the deputy.
