In today's "Electoral Debate", Marcelo Hailer welcomes Ricardo Montoro, candidate for federal deputy for the PSDB.
Ricardo is the son of André Franco Montoro (1916-1999), who was governor of São Paulo between 1983 and 1987. In his recent political career, Ricardo was at the forefront of pro-LGBT actions, such as the creation of Cads – Coordination of Social Affairs Sexual Diversity.
In the interview, Ricardo talks about Cads itself, the issue of social name, the fight against prejudice in schools and, as a bonus, he makes an unprecedented revelation: Ricardo has a gay brother, who has been in a stable relationship for 40 years. The candidate gets emotional when talking about the subject.
