The sexual orientation of singer Agnaldo Timóteo has always been a source of speculation by fans and internet users on social media. Controversial, the artist is the subject of the documentary “Eu, Pecador”, directed by Nelson Hoineff, which will be shown at the São Paulo Film Festival that will take place on October 27th, 28th and 29th and November 1st. In an interview with the R7 portal, Hoineff said that, when asked about the subject of an intimate forum, Agnaldo appeared dissatisfied and reluctant to make his same-sex relationships public. However, after further attacks, Timóteo opened the game and the closet doors. “Initially he didn’t want to talk about it. But I convinced him. Agnaldo is more than that. I explained that talking about the subject would never be harmful. The title of the documentary “Eu, Pecador” was taken from a song composed by Agnaldo Timóteo, in 1977, and which, according to the film's director, refers to the documentary's personal conflicts with his own sexual orientation.
