Diego Montez, the kitten who was the biggest hit in the recently concluded soap opera Good success, from Rede Globo, revealed that he was gay, like his character, Willian, in the soap opera. The information is from the website Glamurama.
The actor is the son of Wagner Montes and Sônia Lima – and says that being born into a family of artists did not make his life easier when auditioning. Even so, he managed to fulfill his dream of debuting in a global soap opera and still endear himself to the public.
“I knew he would be a good character. When I got the text I saw the charisma he had and I knew it would be really cool. In addition to the text and direction, there was a very strong chemistry with Sheron [Menezes], who helped me a lot throughout the entire plot. This partnership changed everything.”
In the final chapter of the soap opera, Willian kissed Pablo, Rafael Infante's character, famous for his appearances in the Back door.
