Dilma Rousseff talks about gay marriage and the law that criminalizes homophobia

The re-elected president Dilma Rousseff (PT) spoke about the project to criminalize homophobia in an interview with the journalist Kennedy Alencar, from SBT. And he reaffirmed his position in favor.
