Straight from the Editor: Silas Malafaia & Tião Viana, homophobic comments, Silvetty and Ariadna and more; watch!

Last Monday (17), we reported an article about the pastor Silas Malafaia, in which he criticizes the gay community. That was enough for the website The Cape receive an avalanche of homophobic comments, all following the same message line: “God made man and woman, gays are sinners”.

As if that weren't enough, we also identified an attempted attack to take the site offline. “There were malicious attacks with the aim of damaging the website’s content”, says Adriano Carvalho, website programmer The Cape.

That's why today, in Direct from the Editor, Marcelo Hailer and Diana C. discuss this fundamentalist and religious movement, which still treats homosexuality as a societal evil.

Still on religion, Marcelo comments on the project of the governor of Acre, Tião Viana (PT-AC), to create a gospel park with public funds. Secular State was left behind, right?

Other than that, the duo talks about Silvetty Montilla's debut on the Eliana program, on SBT. The recovery of ex-BBB Ariadna and Britney Spears' new video are also today's topics.
