A snippet of Ricky Martin's new single, "The Best Thing About Me Is You", is already online and will be officially released on November 2nd, the same day that the singer's autobiography, titled "Yo", hits stores.
The song will feature versions in English and Spanish, featuring singers Joss Stone and Natalia Jimenez, respectively. The full album, which will be bilingual, is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2011.
"The Best Thing About Me Is You" is Ricky Martin's first single in 6 years. The singer, who recently came out as homosexual, said he was in a moment of great creativity. "Since he opened that door [coming out as gay], a huge amount of energy and creativity has exploded," commented Desmond Child, composer responsible for the Puerto Rican's new album.
