“It’s inspiring,” says Brad Pitt about the approval of gay marriage in New York

Actor Brad Pitt expressed his happiness with the approval of gay marriage in New York state.

"It is inspiring to see NY joining the movement to guarantee the right to marriage for all its citizens. It is also an American constitutional right to marry the one we love, regardless of the state in which the person lives. It is not up to any state to decide this" , he said in an interview with "People" magazine.

The actor and Angelina Jolie even declared that they would never get married until everyone had the same opportunity.

"Thanks to the work of so many tireless people, someday discrimination will come to an end. Then all Americans will be able to enjoy the right to marry," concluded Brad.

Pitt and Jolie have always supported the gay cause. In 2008, the couple donated US$100 to the campaign against "Proposition 8", a law that would end gay marriage in California.

You are inspiring Brad! Who, in addition to being hot and talented, is politicized.
