According to the police report obtained by the website, a witness reported the athlete after seeing him with his penis exposed - the specific reason why he was arrested last week -, with a “very apparent erection”, inside a car in a parking lot located in Dunedin, Florida, USA.
According to the document, McGuire was caught with his pants at his ankles, while his t-shirt “barely covered” his member. The player was watching an “extremely pornographic” video on his cell phone while masturbating.
He did not deny that he carried out the act and told the police that he “doesn’t know” why he did it, and that the place “seemed to be good” to relieve himself. The athlete is cooperating with authorities to solve the case; the Blue Jays said they are awaiting more information before taking action.
