Elections: São Paulo will have a campaign for conscious voting against homophobic candidates

One weekend before the elections, Avenida Paulista will be the stage for a demonstration to end homophobia, this time, focusing on the polls.

On September 29th, a walk will take place along the avenue to alert voters to vote consciously, the importance of electing representatives who fight to combat discrimination and respect diversity.

The gathering will be at 14pm in front of MASP. Departure is scheduled for 15pm towards Consolação. Organizers ask that participants bring posters, banners, flags and whistles. The initiative comes from the committee of candidate for councilor Marcos Freire (PT).
