Ellen Oléria wins The Voice Brasil; the singer's girlfriend stands out in the final; watch

The grand final of The Voice Brasil was held this past Sunday. Among the four finalists for the R$500 prize were two openly lesbians: Maria Cristina and Ellen Oléria.

The last one was chosen by the public to win the musical reality show with 39% of the votes. In her performance in the final, the singer performed "Anunciação" by Alceu Valença and "Taj Mahal" by Jorge Ben Jor.

In previous editions of the program, Ellen's girlfriend had already gained prominence in the production, when she was subtitled as the Brasilia native's companion.

In the final, it was no different, when the images of Ellen's family were shown, the program's caption had the phrase "Ellen's mother and girlfriend".

HERE you can check out the video of Ellen singing "Taj Mahal" alongside the group Monoblobo.
