Wearing the same underwear for days may seem unthinkable and unhygienic, but a Danish company has developed underwear that doesn't need to be changed daily. Created by Organic Basic, the piece is made with silver particles, the same used by NASA to purify water during space travel, and has technology capable of killing 99,9% of bacteria that cause odor in clothes. In addition to silver, the underwear is also produced with 100% recycled materials, including a type of Nylon developed in Italy from industrial fiber waste. The sewing is done using knitting techniques, which guarantee comfort for a long period of time. Speaking to the Business Insider website, Mads Fibiger, the company's CEO, stated that it is possible to wear underwear for a long time before washing it. “This way, people save time, money and help reduce water and energy waste,” said the executive.
