After a photo posted on Instagram, former BBB Mahmoud began to suffer from homophobia and was even threatened with death. In the photo, Mahmoud was on his back, without clothes and had the following caption, “It's not enough to put your face in the sun, you have to put your butt too…”.

Even in the midst of numerous compliments, Mahmoud began to be cursed, suffered from prejudice and was even threatened with death.

“You’re appealing, dude… ridiculous,” wrote one internet user. “I can't wait for Bolsonaro to win soon... send you to heaven soon, 'incloseted' queer... You and Pabllo Vittar 'are' the first on the list (sic)”, said a second, supporter of Jair Bolsonaro.

After the aggression, the ex-BBB spoke out in another publication, showing himself superior to his tormentors.

“I laughed a lot at people calling me 'screw-burner' and 'faggot' in the comments on yesterday's photo, as if it were new to me or as if it were something I had to be ashamed of. I am very proud of my emotional-sexual orientation”, he stated in a powerful and empowering response.

“I feel ashamed of people who hide behind cell phone screens to spread hate and live in fake marriages because they don't have the courage to come out of the closet and accept who they are. I am very happy with my body, with my sexuality! I hope that I burn more and more threads, just as I hope that all people are able to experience sexuality in the way that brings them the most pleasure and comfort without taboo, without strings attached and without repression”, she concluded.
