Singer Lula Santos publicly assumed his first same-sex relationship with Clebson Teixeira earlier this week. However, anyone who thinks that the 26-year-old from Minas Gerais is the first man in the artist's life is mistaken.
After the repercussion of the case in the media, Lulu's ex-husband, Bruno Azevedo, 37, revealed that he and the celebrity were married for 14 years.
In an interview with journalist Leo Dias' column, from the newspaper O Dia, Azevedo, who, in addition to being an ex, is also Lulu Santos' manager, stated that he already knew about his relationship with Clebson and that their union ended in April this year.
“We were married for almost 14 years… I continue to take care of his career, closing shows”, he declared. “The fact that I worked with him gave me the foundation to understand the entire structure that surrounds Lulu,” he said.
Regarding why their relationship was never public knowledge, Bruno Azevedo said that it was their agreement to keep the marriage secret.
