Films and plays mark Trans Visibility Day

Today, to celebrate Trans Visibility Day, Casarão Brasil promotes a series of activities and attractions. Among them, the Multimedia Arts exhibition on Transvestites and Transsexuals in Brazil, at 19pm, with a direct performance by Marcela Volpe, paying homage to the icon Dalida.

The program continues throughout the month of February – until the 5th –, with screenings of films and plays. The play "Um Dia, Um scin" will be presented on 04/02, and to end the activities the program will feature the screening of the film "Meu Amigo Cláudia".

Curated by Claudia Wonder, Trans Visibility Day activities take place in partnership with the GLS Association, Diversity Reference Center – CRD, Sexual Diversity Affairs Coordination – Cads, São Paulo Pride Parade Association – APOGLBT, and Brazilian Association of Plastic Collage Artists – ABAPC.
