“Stay in the closet until you become straight”, argues Linda Harvey

American Linda Harvey, author of the book “Maybe He's Not Gay”, or in free translation “Maybe he's not gay” gave some advice for young people who want to come out. “He doesn’t need to tell everyone. In fact, stay in the closet until you become straight,” she said. “Be patient with yourself. Many people change their lifestyle after a while”, she concluded, referring to homosexuality. She also argued that many parents expel gay children from home because “homosexuality ends up becoming more important than family for these teenagers”. For Linda, sexuality is an option and it is possible to change it if we choose to “live in the Christian faith”.
