Gay man finds himself without a date to prom and straight friend surprises him and goes with him

A young gay man named Trent went on a tirade on social media because he didn't have a date for the prom. Then a friend of his, who is straight, surprised him and invited him to be his date during the event.

“Why don’t you invite me?” Without believing the question, the young man replied: “Huh, because you’re straight!” “We were great friends for so many years! It hurts me to know that you still care what they think!” said Bryce.

Bryce added: “A lot of men are trash, I know. But there are some very special ones out there with wonderful hearts,”

Him: Bryce we've been buddies for years & it kinda hurts my feelings u think I still care what people say
