A North American court made a decision that was not favorable to a local homosexual. The man will have to pay child support to the daughter of a lesbian couple to whom he donated his sperm.
Mechanic William Marotta responded to an ad for the couple he saw on the internet. William signed a document in which he renounced all rights to the child. The pregnancy was achieved through artificial insemination and the girl was born in 2009.
Now, the lesbians are claiming the pension and according to the Kansas State Court, the document is not valid as the procedure was carried out illegally.
