Once again, the government was defeated in its attempt to cancel the public notice that provided financing lines for LGBT TV series. The TRF of the 2nd Region denied the attempt to revoke the decision of the 11th Federal Court of Rio de Janeiro, which annulled the ordinance published by the Minister of Citizenship, which suspended the notice.
